Party wall surveyor across Hampshire and the South
We're based in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, at the heart of Hampshire. Much of the party wall process can be handled by post and email, so we can also act on projects across the South of England and beyond.

Local housing, local issues
Hampshire's housing stock ranges from Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Southampton and Portsmouth, to inter-war semis in Eastleigh and Fareham, to modern estates across the county. Each brings its own party wall issues. Older terraces often need steel beams and chimney breast removals for loft conversions, which needs a section 2 notice. Rear extensions on semis often involve building at the boundary and digging foundations close to the neighbour, which needs section 1 and section 6 notices.
Whatever the project, the process is the same across England and Wales. Read our guide to the Party Wall Act.
