I offer expert guidance and support to a wide range of clients, including local authorities, development companies and private householders. My focus is on making the party wall process smooth and efficient, whether for a domestic project, a large development or local government works.
I have extensive experience of the complexities of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, and I give clear, practical advice tailored to each client's needs. I place a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication, which helps me resolve disputes and handle challenges professionally and without fuss.
From initial notices and schedules of condition to dispute resolution and final awards, I manage every stage of the party wall process with precision and care. My goal is to minimise delays and keep relationships between neighbours positive, while protecting the interests of everyone involved.
